Please be informed, that on July 25, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine adopted a decision to schedule a testing on general knowledge in a field of law and knowledge of the specialization of the relevant court as part of the qualification exam for candidates applying for the position of a local court judge, as well as for judges seeking transfer to another local court. Schedules of the tests have been approved accordingly.

On July 18, 2025, at a session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of two candidates for the positions of judges at the Sumy Court of Appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission made the following decisions:

On July 21, 2025, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of confirming the ability of three candidates for the position of judge to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal and three candidates in the commercial court of appeal was considered.
