Please be reminded that starting from July 07, 2025, the judicial career e-cabinet has opened the option to submit and sign documents for participation in the competition to fill 23 vacant judicial positions in the High Anti-Corruption Court.
On July 15, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine will launch a qualification exam for candidates for the position of a local court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court.
The first stage of the exam – testing of knowledge of the history of Ukrainian statehood – will be held in accordance with the approved schedule; no postponement of the date and time of the test is foreseen (except for military personnel).

On July 04, 2025, the panels of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered reports on information that may indicate the inaccuracy (including incompleteness) of the information and statements provided by judges in their declarations of family ties and integrity.

Please be informed, that on July 04, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to schedule the test of knowledge of the history of Ukrainian statehood as part of the qualification exam for candidates for the position of a local court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court, and determined the schedule for its conduct.
In accordance with the Commission’s Decision No. 29/zp-25 dated January 29, 2025, and for the purpose of proper preparation for the qualification exam, the official website of the Commission has published the lists of core test questions on the history of Ukrainian statehood, general knowledge in the field of law, and each court specialization (administrative, commercial, and general), along with the correct answers.
On July 03, 2025, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, an interview was held and the results of the qualification evaluation of a candidate for the position of a judge of the administrative court of appeal Ruslan Raimov were determined.
According to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, a judge may, with his or her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization to administer justice by a decision of the High Council of Justice adopted on the basis of a submission from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
