On May 11, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine took a decision approving the ranking of candidates for vacant positions of judges at the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal, based on the results of the qualification assessment conducted as part of the competition announced by the Commission Decision No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023 (as amended).
The issue of recommending candidates for appointment to the position of a judge will be considered on May 20, 2026 by the Commission in plenary session.

In addition, the Commission has terminated the qualification assessment of four judges regarding their suitability for the position held, who, within the framework of this competition procedure, have confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
