Please be informed that the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has took the Decision No. 32/zp-26 to include the following courts in the third group of courts at the first stage of the competition for vacant positions of judges in the general courts of appeal, announced by the Commission’s Decision No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023:
- Vinnytsia Court of Appeal – 15 vacant positions of judges;
- Volyn Court of Appeal – 11 vacant positions of judges;
- Ivano-Frankivsk Court of Appeal – 11 vacant positions of judges;
- Kropyvnytskyi Court of Appeal – 12 vacant positions of judges;
- Poltava Court of Appeal – 15 vacant positions of judges;
- Rivne Court of Appeal – 12 vacant positions of judges;
- Ternopil Court of Appeal – 17 vacant positions of judges;
- Kherson Court of Appeal – 22 vacant positions of judges;
- Khmelnytskyi Court of Appeal – 12 vacant positions of judges;
- Cherkasy Court of Appeal – 21 vacant positions of judges;
- Chernivtsi Court of Appeal – 7 vacant positions of judges.
The deadline for candidates to submit applications expressing their intention to apply for the position of judge (in Ukrainian) in courts included in the third group has been set as April 07, 2026.
Please be informed that, in order for a special check to be carried out, candidates must submit a specified list of documents to the Commission together with their application by the deadline. Detailed requirements regarding the list of documents are available on the Commission’s official website in the “News” section and at the link: https://portal.vkksu.gov.ua/en/news/courts-be-included-third-group-courts-first-stage-competition-filling-vacant-positions-judges
Applications and documents should be submitted to the Commission by post to the following address: 9, General Shapoval St., 03110, Kyiv, or in person by the candidate.
As of April 01, 2026, the Commission had received 39 applications from candidates.
Given the tight deadline, Commission asks candidates not to delay and to submit all necessary documents on time.
