On December 03, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in the plenary session, considered the issue of the suitability of a local court judge for his position.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission decided to recognise Ilarion Rudyk, judge of the Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv City, as not suitable for the position held. A motion was submitted to the High Council of Justice to dismiss the judge from his position.
