On April 20, 2026, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of the suitability of a judge of a local court for the position held was considered.
Following the results of the session, the Commission decided to recognise Nataliia Dobrivska, a judge of the Circuit Administrative Court of Kyiv as unsuitable for the position held, and to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice for her dismissal from the position held.
