Please be informed that on October 29, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to schedule the fourth stage of the qualification exam (performance of a practical assignment in the specialisation of the High Anti-Corruption Court, in particular its Appeals Chamber) within the framework of the competition for vacant positions of judges in the High Anti-Corruption Court, announced by the Commission’s decision № 112/zp-25 of June 03, 2025.

If the participant’s surname does not match the one on the list, in particular due to a change of surname, the Commission must be notified immediately by telephone at (044) 233-63-85, and a document certifying the relevant change must be brought to the fourth stage of the qualification exam.
The practical assignment will be carried out at the premises of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine at the following address: 9, General Shapoval St., Kyiv.
The number of tasks selected for the practical assignment in the specialisation of the High Anti-Corruption Court, in particular its Appeals Chamber, is two, of which one is a type 1 task and one is a type 2 task.
The date for completing task type 1 is November 12, 2025. The duration is 300 minutes. The maximum possible score is 75 points.
The date for completing task type 2 is November 14, 2025. The duration is 300 minutes. The maximum possible score is 75 points.
The maximum possible score for the fourth stage of the qualification exam is 150.
The passing score is 75 percent of the maximum possible score, or 112,5 points.
The practical assignment will be performed using computer technology.
