On October 14, 2025, at a session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in Panels, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for the positions of judges in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

With respect to Liubomyr Tsebryk, the Panel granted the recusal request submitted by Oleksii Omelian, a member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
Please be reminded, that 33 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 16 vacant positions of judges in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 18 candidates: 9 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal, 6 candidate did not confirm this, and interviews with 3 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
