On August 13, 2025, at a plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of confirming the ability of one candidate for the position of judge to administer justice in the commercial court of appeal and one candidate in the Sumy Court of Appeal was considered.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission adopted the following decisions:

Interviews with all candidates in the competition for the commercial courts of appeal have been completed: 60 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the commercial court of appeal, while 21 candidates did not.
In the competition for the Sumy Court of Appeal, interviews were conducted with 21 candidates: 12 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal, 5 candidates did not confirm this, and interviews with 4 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
