
On October 16, 2025, at a session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of six candidates for the positions of judges in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

It should be noted that 40 candidates applied to participate in the competition for 22 vacant positions of judges in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 12 candidates: 4 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 2 candidates did not confirm this ability, and interviews with 6 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
