On April 15, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting in plenary session, considered the issue of terminating the participation of three candidates in competitions for vacant positions of judges.
Based on the results of the session, the participation of the following candidates in the competition for positions at the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal was terminated:
- Oleksii Kotenov;
- Ninel Marchenko;
- Oleksandr Prokhorov.
Oleksandr Prokhorov also ceased participation in the competition for vacant positions of judges at the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court.
