Cognitive Abilities Testing Was Scheduled As Part of Competition for Vacant Positions of Judges in the High Anti-Corruption Court

Please be informed, that on October 14, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine took a decision to appoint cognitive abilities testing within the framework of the competition for vacant positions of judges in the High Anti-Corruption Court, announced by the Commission’s decision of June 03, 2025, No. 112/zp -25, and to determine the schedule for its conduction.

If the participant’s surname does not match the one on the list, in particular due to a change of surname, it is necessary to immediately notify the Commission by phone (044) 233-63-85 and bring a document confirming the change to the test.

The test will be held at the premises of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine at the following address: 9, General Shapoval Street, Kyiv.

The test will last 30 minutes.

The number of questions (assignments) of the cognitive abilities test is 40.

The maximum possible score is 60.

The average acceptable and passing score for the cognitive abilities test is 55 percent of the maximum possible score, or 33 points.

The individual code and workstation for taking the cognitive abilities test are determined at random using the blind selection method, with the participant choosing from printed options placed in front of him/her in random order.

The test will be conducted using computer technology.
