No. 7/vs-25 on the consideration, at a special joint session, of the question of whether Kyryl Lehkykh, a candidate for the position of judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court, meets the criteria set out in Part Four of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Anti-Corruption Court”.
