On November 26, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting a recommendation on the secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.
Due to the excessive workload in the court, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to transfer Mariіa Demydova, a judge of the Commercial Court of Chernihiv Oblast to the Commercial Court of Kyiv City for a period of one year.
The Commission will submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice for the early termination of the secondment of Nataliіa Yermak, a judge of the Saltivskyi Raion Court of Kharkiv City to the Yaremchanskyi Town Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast.
Also, due to the excessive workload in the court, the Commission will submit a recommendation for the one-year secondment of Iryna Solodovnyk, a judge of the Ternivskyi Town Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast to the Lozivskyi City-Raion Court of Kharkiv Oblast.
