On October 02, 2025, the Law of Ukraine “On the Establishment of the Specialised District Administrative Court and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal” No. 4602-IX of September 16, 2025, entered into force.
According to paragraph 63 of Section XII “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges,” the competition for judicial positions in these courts shall be announced by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine within one month from the date the law of Ukraine on the establishment of the Specialised District Administrative Court and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal enters into force.
In this regard, the issue of announcing the competitions for the Specialised District Administrative Court and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal has been scheduled for consideration at the Commission’s meeting on October 29, 2025.
Information regarding the announcement and conditions of the competitions will be published on the official website of the Commission following the adoption of the relevant decisions by the Commission.
