On April 10, 2025, the Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered a notification on information that may indicate the unreliability (including incompleteness) of the statements made by the judge in his or her integrity declaration.
Based on the results of the meeting, the Commission decided to leave without consideration the notification on information that may indicate unreliability (including incompleteness) of statements made by the judge of Odesa Circuit Administrative Court Yaroslava Balan in her 2016 integrity declaration.
