On April 09, 2025, the First and Second Chambers of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered issues regarding the secondment and early termination of the secondment of judges, along with their simultaneous secondment.
Due to the excessive judicial workload, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice for the secondment of the judge Nataliia Kovalenko from the Lysychanskyi Town Court of Luhansk Oblast to the Derhachivskyi Raion Court of Kharkiv Oblast for a period of one year.
Additionally, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice regarding the early termination of secondment and simultaneous new secondment for a period of one year of:
- the judge of the Enerhodarskyi Town Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Nadiia Biziaieva (secondment to Leninskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk City was terminated) to Makarivskyi Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- the judge of the Kakhovskyi City-Raion Court of Kherson Oblast Olena Rahimova (secondment to Brodivskyi Raion Court of Lviv Oblast was terminated) to Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Lviv City;
- the judge of the Radomyshlskyi Raion Court of Zhytomyr Oblast Nataliia Sirenko (secondment to Brovarskyi City-Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast was terminated) to Brovarskyi City-Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast);
- the judge of the Chaplynskyi Raion Court of Kherson Oblast Iryna Pylypenko (secondment to Kamianets-Podilskyi City-Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast was terminated) to Suvorovskyi District Court of Odesa City;
- the judge of the Enerhodarskyi Town Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Mykhailo Kutsenko (secondment to Halytskyi Raion Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast was terminated) to Kyiv-Sviatoshyn Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- the judge of the Mykhailivskyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Nataliia Kravchenko (secondment to Sofiivskyi Raion Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast was terminated) to Sofiivskyi Raion Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast;
- the judge of the Tsiurupynskyi Raion Court of Kherson Oblast Yevhenii Nykyforov (secondment to Volochyskyi Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast was terminated) to Ternopilskyi City-Raion Court of Ternopil Oblast;
- the judge of the Iziumskyi City-Raion Court of Kharkiv Oblast Maksym Hurenko (secondment to Myronivskyi Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast was terminated) to Podilskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- the judge of the Kramatorsk Town Court of Donetsk Oblast Oksana Daneliuk (secondment to Lutskyi City-Raion Court of Volyn Oblast was terminated) to Podilskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- the judge of the Pryazovskyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Yevhen Didenko (secondment to Obolonskyi District Court of Kyiv City was terminated) to Obolonskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- the judge of the Lysychanskyi Town Court of Luhansk Oblast Olena Shevchenko (secondment to Yahotynskyi Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast was terminated) to Boryspilskyi City-Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- the judge of the Kuibyshevskyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Hennadii Valihurskyi (secondment to Nadvirnianskyi Raion Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast was terminated) to Leninskyi District Court of Mykolayiv City;
- the judge of the Vovchanskyi Raion Court of Kharkiv Oblast Inna Liver (secondment to Reshetylivskyi Raion Court of Poltava Oblast was terminated) to Kyivskyi District Court of Poltava City;
The Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a submission recommending early termination of the secondment of judges of the Artemivskyi City-Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast Olha Konoplenko and Natalia Pohribna, who were seconded to the Druzhkivskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast, and a submission recommending a one-year secondment of:
- the judge Olha Konoplenko to the Prymorskyi District Court of Odesa City;
- the judge Natalia Pohribna to Zhovtnevyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk City.
A submission was also made to the High Council of Justice with a recommendation for the early termination of the secondment of the judge of the Kharkivskyi Raion Court of Kharkiv Oblast Tetiana Bobko to the Kyivskyi District Court of Kharkiv City.
